JRS Pharma GmbH + Co. KG (Germany) and Sudeep Pharma Pvt. Ltd. (India) have jointly decided to end their Joint Venture and the distribution of COMPREZ^® Grades with immediate effect.

This is a result of a Share Purchase Agreement entered into by the two companies. Sudeep shareholders have committed to buy back all shares in Sudeep Pharma Pvt. Ltd. currently owned by the Joint Venture Partner JRS and thus will regain 100% control of Sudeep Pharma. Completion of the transaction has occurred on July 5th, 2024..

Both Sudeep Pharma and JRS Pharma assure all stakeholders that this transaction will have no impact on current operations or product availability.

JRS Group remains fully committed to its strong presence in the Indian market and plans to expand this further in future. The company will continue to grow and to invest in India by its fully owned affiliate Rettenmaier India Private Limited and by its joint venture company Gujarat Microwax Private Limited, and is poised to explore new growth opportunities and ventures.
